Got your Xteink from AliExpress or another third-party reseller and USB flashing won't connect? Those units often ship USB-locked. No computer needed: download update.bin, copy it to the SD card's root folder, then hold Power + Up (top-left button on X3) while powering on - the OEM bootloader flashes it straight from the card. See USB-locked devices in the PicoRead docs for details.
